Hello

I am trying to load a progran called GM online editor for my simmed hockey league but my friend is having issues loading it

I copied and paste what he sent me  

 I tried to connect using my ftp but it wont let me log in for some reason.

Maybe you can log a ticket and tell them "you are trying to connect to your control panel with an external ftp (filezilla) and it won't let you connect"...see what they suggest, i tried everything i know.
